The Observatory complex offers a remarkable scientific, historical and natural heritage. UNIVERSARIUM : A FUN AND INTERACTIVE SPACE

Founded in 1881, today the Observatoire de Nice is one of the 4 geographical sites of the Observatoire de la Côte d’Azur, a public Earth and Space sciences research centre. Located at Mont Gros to the east of the city of Nice, the site combines exceptional historic heritage with contemporary research infrastructure.
Built by Charles Garnier, it is home to Europe's largest mobile dome, designed by Gustave Eiffel.
UNIVERSARIUM: Travel from the Big Bang to the heart of the stars, test your knowledge of the solar system, live an immersive experience where you will travel through the universe.

All year round, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday between 2 pm and 5 pm.

Group adults: 0 to 90 €
Group children: 0 to 55 €.


Guided tours with registration at 2:45 pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays / Fridays of school vacations in zone B.
