Where can I find the GPS tracks for the stages of the Route des Grandes Alpes®?

You can download the GPS tracks for each stage in .gpx format directly from the stage pages below the description.

How do I read the GPS tracks?

The GPS tracks available on the website can be easily read on most cycle GPS devices, or on a smartphone via an app (GPX Viewer, Outdooractive, Garmin Connect, etc.).
Please do refer to the user manuals for your own devices. They sometimes have some subtle differences in how they work. The internet is also full of tutorials on how to optimise the tracks.

A few tips:

The tracks can sometimes take a while to load. Feel free to simplify them using suitable software such as this one.
The GPX track is provided for guidance only, but the route may be subject to unforeseen circumstances (roadworks, diversions, etc.). Please take care!
GPS is good, but the scenery is better!
Strava® is an excellent tool for planning routes and sharing tracks.
