Bel Air

Description

The Hotel Bel Air has been run by our family for 4 generations. It is located in Jausiers, at an altitude of 1235 m, at the foot of the Col de la Bonette, at the gateway to the Mercantour, in the Alpes de Haute-Provence.

Our hotel is the departure point for the major passes of the Southern Alps, the Vars, Larche, Cayolle and Allos passes and the Restefond-La Bonette pass (the highest road in Europe). An essential stop-off on the road to the Alps for our motorcycling and cycling friends.

Motorbike and cycle touring, hiking, white-water sports, climbing, horse-riding, trout fishing in the mountain streams and lakes, paragliding and hang-gliding, relaxing and swimming at the Jausiers lake are just some of the activities on offer in Ubaye in summer.
