Bookings are made online via our website.
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay must be paid on booking.
Any cancellations made up to 7 days before the booking date, the full deposit will be refunded.
Any cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date, the full deposit will be deducted.
If the stay is cut short, the full amount will be deducted, except in serious cases and on presentation of proof.
