New in Bourg st Maurice, the gîte du ruisseau is an independent house of 80 m2 classified 5 Cristaux Paradiski, totally renovated this year, with a terrace of 15 m2, facing south in a popular area in the commune of Bourg st Maurice.

House with a clear view of Les Arcs, less than 10 minutes walk from the town centre, located on the edge of the forest and 7 minutes by car from the funicular which connects Bourg st Maurice to the resort of Les Arcs Paradiski in season (mandatory equipment in winter).
In this house on two floors, you will find :
- 2 large bedrooms with dressing rooms (one on the same floor as the living room, equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed and the other on the ground floor equipped with a choice of two 90 x 200 cm beds or a large 180 x 200 cm bed)
- 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
- Newly fitted kitchen with central island, open to the living room, induction hob, oven, dishwasher etc. as well as a room with washing machine.
- Smart TV connected with large 65 inch screen, dvd player, internet box and Tv Orange.
- Bed linen and towels are provided, possibility of baby bed, high chair, sledges, mountain bag for baby...

Everything is new, from floor to ceiling, insulation, heating, painting, furniture, bedding, solar shutters etc...
Possibility of access on request to a closed and secured garage to deposit bicycles, canoes, skis or several motorbikes if necessary (25 m2, maximum height 2.10 m), moreover a privative parking space is at your disposal just in front of the gîte.

Ideal starting point to discover all the surrounding passes from spring onwards, by bike or motorbike, as well as all the most beautiful ski resorts of Tarentaise, including the Paradiski domain and the resort of Les Arcs accessible by funicular from Bourg st Maurice.
There are many mountain walks within easy reach, including the Chapelle St Michel, which can be reached on foot directly from the house.
International white water sports base on site where you can practice rafting, canoeing, hydrospeed, numerous trails dedicated to mountain biking, lake and mountain fishing sites, paragliding...

Cleaning at the end of your stay is at your expense or optional at 80 euros, pets are unfortunately not accepted.
